This comprehensive line consists of a decoiler, straightener, and electronic feeder, meticulously crafted to seamlessly integrate into your production process.

At the begining is the unwinding reel, a robust structure crafted from steel, electrowelded to ensure durability and stability.
The Cfc type fixed multi-cradle loading cradle is designed to facilitate the loading and alignment of coils. Its dual-cradle configuration allows for the optimization of the loading and unloading process, saving valuable time. Additionally, it is possible to load two coils with different material types, offering the flexibility to feed the decoiler based on specific production requirements.

The loading process is further simplified by the motorized lateral translation. Wheels run on floor rails, ensuring precise positioning of the cradle along the axis of the line. This system eliminates the need for strenuous manual maneuvering and guarantees perfect alignment with the decoiler.

The spindle shaft, supported by double roller bearings, ensures smooth rotation and stability during operation.

Ensuring proper tension and alignment of the material are two motorized hydraulic presser arms, providing the necessary force to maintain consistency throughout the process. A secure locking system holds the coil in place during the feeding process, preventing any unwanted movement.

As the material progresses along the line, it passes through a straightening machine, crucial for achieving the desired flatness and accuracy.

For a seamless introduction of the tape, the machine features a hydraulic introduction table. This table assists with feeding the material from the coil. The superior deflector roller helps manage any initial curvature, while the table’s extension accommodates different sheet metal coil diameters.

Independent manual tape guides positioned at the input ensure your material stays perfectly centered during processing. These guides are independently adjustable through two manual handwheels, allowing you to precisely control the tape’s position relative to the press axis. A numeric indicator provides real-time feedback on the roller position.

The machine boasts a unique head that opens like a book, powered by two hydraulic cylinders. This allows for easy inspection and maintenance. All rollers can be individually disassembled, making cleaning or replacement quick and easy.

Once straightened, the accompanying table takes over. Located between the straightener and the advancer, this table features a hydraulic height adjustment, allowing it to reach the perfect pass line and create a bridge for the material. This eliminates the need for manual handling and ensures a smooth flow between the machines. The table itself is built on a sturdy electro-welded base with a fixed height for added stability.

Finally, the strategically positioned Ansa control panel comes into play. This control panel allows you to manage the “lung” of material between the straightener and the advancer. This ensures continuous production without any interruptions, keeping your entire operation running smoothly.

The electronic advancer, positioned before the press, ensures a steady and controlled feed of material into the press itself.

The tape enters the advancer, meticulously guided by independent manual guides. These guides allow for fine-tuned adjustments, ensuring the material enters the press perfectly centered.

Precision takes center stage with the pneumatic system. Employing a type of instant negative operation through a wheel encoder located at the exit, this system constantly verifies the material reaches the quota set in the recipe. In case of any discrepancies, the system promptly halts, preventing errors and maintaining production quality.

Lubrication is key for smooth operation. The advancer boasts a system specifically designed for applications requiring minimal quantities of low viscosity oils. This continuous spraying system offers exceptional versatility, allowing you to customize the spray width to perfectly suit your sheet metal’s needs. As an added benefit, the system comes standard with the ability to manage up to three distinct lubrication zones, providing even more control over the process.

In essence, the electronic advancer acts as the conductor for your material flow, guaranteeing consistent feeding and optimal performance for your press.

4.1 Standard interface with the press
The interface, both functional and safety, with the press is performed via PN-ProfiSafe.
The PN-PN coupler, supplied by us, will be installed in our electrical panel.
The only contact signals required are the following:
– Start feeder cam
– Pilot cam (if any)
– Auxiliary cam (if any)

4.2 Software characteristics:
• Operator program management “receipt” type, directly on the mobile panel for setting of all functioning parameters (acceleration, deceleration, speed, stroke, repetition, cycle, etc.)
• It is possible to manage 500 receipt with 20 different steps for each receipt and 100 repetitions each
• Complete diagnostic of the anomalies by means of alarms displayed and silenced
• Setup of single step length in decimal metrical (0 up to 9.999,99 mm)
• Display of value reached
• Functioning in automatic cycle, single or continuous
• Manual movements jog+/jog- and single test stroke to reduced pre-set speed, with quota display
